This policy is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the rules made under it, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. What we collect

Details you give us

When you send an enquiry: your name, company or society name, designation, mobile number, email address, property type, city, services required, staff numbers, timeline and any message you write.

The page you arrived on, the website that referred you, advertising campaign codes (such as UTM parameters, Google click ID and Meta click ID), device type, and, if you allow them, analytics and advertising cookies. See our cookie policy.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, call you back and arrange a site assessment.
• To prepare and send a proposal and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp and email about your enquiry.
• To understand which advertising campaigns bring enquiries, and to improve this website.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We process enquiry details on the basis of the consent you give in the enquiry form. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Our customer relationship management (CRM) system and email provider.
• WhatsApp Business (Meta) for enquiry updates.
• Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept those cookies.
• Hosting and IT providers that store this website and our systems.
• Government authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we transfer data only as permitted under Indian law.

5. How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a contract, we keep your details for up to 24 months and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Client records are kept for the duration of the contract and as long afterwards as tax and labour laws require.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing already done.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapable.
• Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved.

7. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
